用(yòng)途：用于(yu)給水槽(cao)的水進(jin)行降溫(wēn)。
特(te)點：根據(ju)水槽水(shuǐ)質含防(fang)粘劑化(huà)工産品(pin)腐蝕性(xìng)高的弊(bì)病，采用(yòng)純钛管(guǎn)蒸發器(qi)，熱傳遞(dì)好耐腐(fu)蝕，改進(jin)了傳統(tǒng)的銅管(guǎn)蒸發器(qì)缺點。
公(gōng)共設備(bei)電力：電(dian)壓380V,50Hz。

②冷卻塔(ta)：15噸

上(shang)班：開機(jī)順序：提(tí)前十分(fen)鍾開機(jī)
1. 閉合冰(bīng)水循環(huan)泵

3. 再(zài)閉壓縮(suo)機循環(huán)泵
下班：随(sui)時斷電(dian)順序：
1. 斷(duan)開壓縮(suō)機
斷開冰(bing)水泵
2. 機台(tái)維修前(qián)請參考(kao)以上的(de)正常值(zhi)，維修前(qián)要清洗(xi)幹淨外(wài)觀和油(you)漬的位(wèi)置，便于(yú)電工機(jī)修工維(wéi)修人員(yuán)的操作(zuò)。
維修(xiū)保養 Maintenance
保(bǎo)養定爲(wei)三個月(yue)清洗冷(leng)卻塔一(yī)次，十天(tiān)至十五(wu)天更換(huàn)水槽内(nèi)的水，（以(yǐ)免影響(xiǎng)材質）三(san)個月軸(zhou)承注油(yóu)，免幹燥(zao)損壞，移(yi)位。
常見(jian)小問題(ti)
●冰水循(xun)環：進料(liào)的噴水(shuǐ)管出水(shuǐ)量小
原因：1.水槽(cáo)吸水口(kou)粗過濾(lǜ)網賭了(le)碎膠料(liào)。
2.管道(dao)過濾器(qi)的不鏽(xiù)鋼濾網(wang)堵塞
清洗(xǐ)方法：務(wù)必停機(jī)水泵，取(qǔ)出濾網(wǎng)清洗幹(gàn)淨。裝好(hǎo)方可開(kāi)機。
●熱水(shui)循環：手(shou)摸冷卻(que)塔的水(shuǐ)溫感覺(jiào)比常溫(wēn)高。原因(yin)：冷卻塔(ta)高溫狀(zhuang)态易産(chan)生污垢(gòu)，循環水(shui)量不夠(gòu)，散熱管(guǎn)道不通(tong)暢。
2. 6-8小(xiao)時。
3. 打開冷(lěng)凝端蓋(gài)，用焊在(zai)鋼筋上(shàng)鐵刷子(zǐ)刷通管(guǎn)道。
4. 切記:需換(huan)清水三(sān)次，方可(kě)正常使(shǐ)用避免(miǎn)除垢劑(jì)腐蝕水(shuǐ)泵元件(jiàn)及制冷(lěng)管道。
●高(gao)壓跳: 1. 冷(leng)卻塔污(wū)垢積太(tài)多，冷卻(què)塔噴水(shui)轉盤堵(du)塞不轉(zhuǎn)等。
2. 水泵(beng)壞。冷卻(què)塔風機(jī)不轉。
3. 冷(lěng)凝管道(dào)污垢機(jī)過多。
4. 葉(yè)輪堵塞(sai)，不自動(dong)補水等(děng)以上原(yuan)因引起(qǐ)流動不(bú)夠，水壓(yā)太小而(ér)跳。
5. 冷卻(que)塔配套(tao)不對，如(rú)十匹應(yīng)配十噸(dun)冷卻塔(ta)。
6. 制冷劑(jì)注入量(liàng)過多或(huo)更換部(bù)件時沒(méi)有經嚴(yán)格真空(kōng)，系統含(han)有空氣(qi)。
3. 冷(leng)媒通道(dao)微堵不(bu)順口，如(ru)過濾器(qì)進出有(you)溫差，手(shou)閥進出(chu)有溫差(chà)。
4. 冰水泵(beng)配置不(bú)夠功率(lǜ)。
少見故(gù)障 Rare fault
壓縮(suo)機不工(gōng)作：1. 冰水(shuǐ)泵正常(cháng)運轉否(fou)。
2. 熱水器(qi)正常運(yùn)轉否。
3. 冰(bing)水熱水(shuǐ)泵均正(zheng)常方能(neng)啓動壓(yā)縮機。
4. 檢(jian)查空氣(qì)開關，接(jiē)觸器，繼(ji)電器，壓(ya)力開關(guan)，溫控器(qi)等電路(lù)由專業(yè)電工檢(jian)修。
細(xì)濾 fine filter 粗濾(lü) coarse filter開關 switch 噴(pēn)水管 spray pipe球(qiu)閥開關(guān) ball valve switch此不可(kě)裝開關(guan) Don’t fix switch here.

●Start work: the steps of start-up: start up in ten minutes

2. Please refer to the above normal values before the machine maintenance, clean cover and the position of oil in order to be convenient for repairman to operate.
3. Air switch can’t be change to a bigger one, in case of burning compressor.
Clean cooling tower at every three monthes, change the sink’s water at every ten days to fifteen days, (so as not to affect the material) infuse the oil into bearing at every three monthes, avoid dry damage, shift.
FAQ
of the water sucking mouth of sink is thicker than dust gauze.
Reason: The cooling tower is easy to produce dirt at high temperature, circulation water is not enough, heat pipe is obstructed.
2. Add water and appropriate cleaner, open cycle pump running softening for 6-8 hours.
3. Open the cover of condensation, brush the pipeline by iron brush on steel bar.
4. Remember: change clear water three times to avid that cleaner corrode pump components and refrigeration pipeline corrosion.
